- Registered General Nurses to provide confirmation of NMC Pin.
- CV & Cover letter outlined with previous experience.
- Proof of Qualifications for Healthcare Assistants ideally Level 2+ Health & Social Care.
- DBS Update Service Number or copy of Enhanced DBS Disclosure (dated within past 3 months)
- Previous references, 2 professional references ideally from similar employment
- Proof of Address and Proof of Residency
- Proof of COVID Key Worker Vaccination
- Picture of candidate for Human Resource records
