The Lead Practice Improvement Manager will be accountable to the Assistant Director for leading practice improvement. Ensuring priorities, policies and plans are delivered to the highest possible standard to ensure positive outcomes for children and young people across both councils.
To manage the Practice Improvement Function and the associated teams of staff, including Quality Assurance, Participation, Customer Service and Policies and the allocated budget across two organisations, within the legislative and procedural frameworks.
To provide expertise to ensure good practice is identified and shared and that there is countywide consistency where appropriate. To provide expert specialist advice internally and externally and provide authoritative advice and guidance.
Manage and ensure that all services are planned and delivered in a cost-effective, integrated way that meets policy and quality requirements.
