Job Description
Interviews are being undertaken via MS Teams. CCC is working flexibly and working from the office on a rota basis/as required for meetings, normally one/two days per week/as agreed by the Manager. Face to face visits continue to be undertaken
26 weeks/covering vacant role.
£25ph to £29ph umbrella, depending on experience.
Assessment and Care planning, Reviews, Carers Assessment, Duty, S42 Safeguards, MCA’s, any social care activities related to Care Act Regs.
Previous experience of Mosaic is preferred.
Candidates are expected to have an enhanced DBS Disclosure (cleared in the past 3 months) or be on the Update service. Candidates are also expected to provide 2 x Professional References.
